Owner and renowned friendly face behind the counter Lambros, made his way to Australia from a small Greek island over 7 years ago. On the Island he learnt a few things, like how to have a relaxed, happy state of mind, the beauty, and simplicity of Greek cuisine as well as a passion for seafood which has never died.

As a young boy, Lambros spent summers fishing with his family and learning the art of cooking all that the ocean has to offer. Upon moving to Australia in search of a new beginning, he brought his passion for seafood with him and wanted to emulate the Sun kissed, Grecian island shores he grew up with right here in Melbourne.
